Our swim stroke development sessions are centred around skill acquisition and development of the front crawl stroke. Whether you are looking to learn to swim, build your confidence in the water or improve your competitive performance, our swimming technique program is for you!

One-hour swim session with a certified coach in the water

Comprehensive overview of a fast and efficient freestyle stroke

Ideal body position for minimal drag

Proper leg kick and arm stroke mechanics

Ideal breathing and body rotation technique

Understanding stroke/kick timing and coordination

Identification of your SWOLF (swim golf)

Identification of your Critical Swim Speed (maximum sustainable threshold pace)
