One of the most effective workouts, if you can't leave the house, is a mix of body-weight exercises and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Body-weight HIIT workouts are relatively short and don't take up much space and equipment.

Unlike following off a generic fitness program on a downloaded fitness app or on YouTube, our online group workouts are conducted LIVE on Zoom, featuring structured exercise progression from session to session, real-time exercise demonstration, progression and regression exercise options, and live coaching cues and spotting by our certified coaches.

TRIATHLON

Whether you are new to triathlon or a seasoned triathlete, ELEVATE PERFORMANCE COACHING is passionate about getting you to the start line, fit and ready for a breakthrough performance. Using the TrainingPeaks platform to deliver its customised triathlon programs, we analyse your training data to give you real-time, constructive feedback. 

 

ELEVATE PERFORMANCE COACHING also offers regular group training run/swim sessions to supplement our online plans. This will give you ample opportunities to interact directly with your coach and fellow athletes.

SWIM STROKE ANALYSIS

In swimming, efficiency is everything. Refined adjustments in a stroke technique can greatly improve stroke efficiency and overall swimming velocity. ELEVATE PERFORMANCE COACHING uses slow-motion video capture to deliver the ultimate real-time video analysis with swimmers.

 

With our comprehensive and detailed video analysis, we analyse your strokes from every angle and prescribe a set of specific stroke correction drills that will have you swimming faster and smarter in no time.

Elevate swim squad

Undertaking length after length in a pool alone may not excite you, but if you put some structure around it, within a great squad with an experienced coach, great gains can be achieved.

 

Elevate Swim Squad is open to swimmers of all abilities and is a great platform to help improve swim technique, efficiency, strength and fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Lanes are dedicated according to ability and training goal. This enables us to ensure that everyone gets the correct program for their goal.

Speed training forms an essential part of any well-rounded training program. Whether you are a runner training for a 5K or a triathlete preparing for an Ironman, speed work is essential to becoming a faster and stronger athlete.

 

At our weekly Elevate track squad, we practice various training modalities, such as running drills, agility ladder drills, resistance band running, interval training, tempo runs, hill repeats, speed sprints, Fartlek and time trial.

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

Strength and conditioning is crucial to enhancing athletic performance and for injury prevention. ELEVATE PERFORMANCE COACHING recognises that the typical gym practices of weight lifting or bulking up is not for everyone. We believe in providing a dynamic range of physical conditioning, such as plyometrics, speed and agility, endurance and core stability.
