ELAINE YOUNG
Training for a triathlon isn’t the hard part—it’s balancing everything else while you do it.
As a seasoned Ironman triathlete, a dedicated mom of two, and a corporate leader, I am far from your typical triathlon coach. I see my clients as more than just athletes chasing physical goals. I recognize them as individuals juggling demanding careers, family responsibilities, personal fears, and aspirations. To each of them, triathlon symbolizes something unique—and that’s exactly why my coaching philosophy goes beyond conventional training.
I work closely with my clients to define what success truly means for them, because performance isn’t just about following a training plan or logging hours on the trainer. It’s about achieving balance, fulfillment, and reaching your full potential in every aspect of life.
How does coaching with me work?
I don’t just train the athlete—I coach the whole person. Through a holistic approach, I provide a customized triathlon training program alongside dedicated one-on-one life coaching sessions that build self-awareness and help navigate success beyond the sport—whether in work, relationships, or personal well-being.
By supporting you on every level, I develop a more meaningful and effective training program that aligns with your ambitions both inside and outside the sport. This ensures you not only become stronger and faster but also achieve balance, resilience, and fulfillment in all areas of your life.
Just as you would hire a triathlon coach to guide your race preparation or a personal trainer to build your physical strength, why not invest in a coach who helps you navigate the complexities of life? Think of me as your mental fitness coach as well as your triathlon coach!
Coaching is an experiential journey—so let’s explore what’s possible together in a complimentary 45-minute discovery call.
