
Tammi lim
Tammi is a Certified Personal Trainer with the American Council of Exercise (ACE) and has been in the fitness industry since 2013. She has worked with athletes in strength and conditioning, weight management, muscle toning and general fitness. Tammi strongly believes that a healthy lifestyle is key to good health and she finds joy when her athletes transform through positive changes!
From being unfit and always failing her 2.4km NAPHA test runs, Tammi has now completed multiple marathons and half and full Ironman events. She is a walking example to her athletes that nothing is impossible. As an avid triathlete herself, she understands the importance of having a good training program, regardless of ability level.
Tammi has helped transform the lives of many athletes by educating them and helping them change their eating and exercise habits. As serious as she is at her work, she is always in for a good laugh.
