Using the TrainingPeaks platform, we provide you with a fully interactive and customised training program, backed by clear guidance, performance insights, and proven training tools to help you train smarter and race better.

How The Process Works
Once you contact us, you’ll be asked to complete our Athlete Questionnaire. This helps us understand your background, experience, lifestyle, and goals. Your coach will then reach out to discuss your profile in more detail.

Athlete Profile
From your athlete profile, we gather detailed information about:

This allows us to conduct a thorough evaluation before building your Annual Training Plan (ATP).
Using our structured and progressive training philosophy, aided by AI, your program is designed to develop you safely and consistently — regardless of age or experience level.

"Most of the athletes we coach are busy people. They have careers, families, travel, and full calendars, but they still love triathlon and want to keep improving. At Elevate, we get that training has to work around real life. Our job is not just to write a plan, but to help you navigate work, family, fatigue, and stress so that training stays enjoyable and sustainable.
We use a periodised approach, broken into clear phases, but always with efficiency in mind. We focus on doing the right work at the right time, not simply piling on more sessions. We start by building strong foundations through technique, aerobic fitness, and strength. As your race approaches, training becomes more specific and purposeful, giving you the best return on the time you have. When it is time to race, we focus on quality so you arrive confident and ready, not burnt out.
Just as important, we build in proper recovery once the season ends. Stepping back, recharging, and resetting is what allows long term progress.At the end of the day, our goal is simple. Just as we provide structured, personalised training plans, we rely on you to share consistent and honest feedback that allows us to coach you effectively. Throughout the program, we encourage regular communication via your online training diary, WhatsApp, text, or phone.

Unlike many coaching programs, we do not place limits on messages, calls, or emails. We actively welcome and encourage communication — especially in the early stages of your training — to ensure clarity, confidence, and alignment. Whether you have questions about a session, need to adjust your schedule, or simply want to share how you’re feeling physically or mentally, your coach is there to support you.
You are the only person who truly understands how your body responds to training. Your feedback enables us to make smarter decisions, keep your program on track, and guide you toward long-term performance success.

Personalised support and guidance from your own experienced, triathlon-certified coach. When you need your coach, they’re available via Zoom, WhatsApp, email, or phone — whenever you need support (except when we’re sleeping, of course).

Our online training platform provides fully interactive support, allowing you to upload and sync data from:

The platform is compatible with 80+ devices, enabling accurate recording, monitoring, and analysis of both training and racing data. All data is automatically shared with your coach for ongoing review and adjustment.
Annual Training Plan (ATP)
Your coach will develop a structured, periodised Annual Training Plan that focuses on the key phases leading into your target events. This plan forms the overarching framework guiding your training progression toward your performance goals.
Individual Training Sessions
Every training session is designed specifically for you and your goals, across swim, bike, run, and triathlon disciplines. Regular testing is conducted to benchmark your fitness and threshold levels, ensuring workouts are accurately scaled to your ability and continue to challenge you appropriately as you progress.
Weekly Updated Training Plans
You’ll receive professionally structured weekly swim, bike, run, and triathlon training plans, tailored to fit your lifestyle and maximise training adaptation.

Online Training Diary, Feedback and Forum
Your online training diary allows you to:

Training Nutrition & Race Fueling Consultation (with Coach Elvia)
As part of your online coaching program, you will receive an introductory consultation call with Coach Elvia. This session focuses on:

Building a basic understanding of day to day nutrition for training

Understanding how a structured nutrition approach supports training quality and recovery
-
Learning simple fueling principles for key workouts and race day
-
Removing guesswork and building confidence around fueling
Athletes who require more detailed or ongoing nutrition support may continue working with Coach Elvia as an optional add on.
Plan:
