Since 2006, Elvia has been a dedicated student and lifelong fan of triathlon, racing everything from sprint distance to full Ironman while collecting podium finishes across a wide range of events. As one of the early pioneers of triathlon in Singapore, she has witnessed the sport grow and evolve over the years, often racing at the front of the field and helping shape the local endurance community.
Her passion for the sport extends far beyond race day. An avid cyclist at heart, Elvia transformed her triathlon bike into a fully loaded bike packing machine, tackling gravel epics across Quebec and Taiwan and conquering challenging climbs in Chiang Mai and Kota Kinabalu. Whether navigating long distances with panniers or grinding uphill in aero bars, she approaches every ride with grit, curiosity, and a genuine love for adventure.
A lifelong reader with an insatiable appetite for learning, Elvia is constantly seeking deeper understanding of training and nutrition. After completing a diploma in nutrition to address her own race day setbacks, she now applies evidence based strategies to help athletes optimise endurance, recovery, and performance. Her ability to blend real world experience with scientific insight allows her to deliver practical, sustainable, and effective guidance.
Elvia’s love for learning and growth is something she is deeply committed to passing on, not only to the athletes she coaches but also to her own children. She believes that curiosity, resilience, and consistency are the foundations of long term success both in sport and in life.
With years of racing and coaching experience, an analytical yet empathetic mindset, and a sharp eye for detail, Elvia works with athletes of all ages and abilities, from first timers to podium contenders, children to adults. Her goal is to inspire a genuine, lifelong love for endurance sport, using triathlon as a powerful platform to build confidence, push boundaries, and strive for personal excellence.
