What You’ll Learn: - Strategies to feel confident and prepared for triathlon racing. - Efficient swimming, cycling, and running techniques. - Mastering transitions (T1: Swim to Bike, T2: Bike to Run). - Equipment setup and handling. - Race strategy, pacing, and tactics. - Hydration, nutrition, and pre-race preparation. - Adapting to race-day challenges. Clinic Details: Price: $80 Included: - 2-hour clinic led by experienced coaches. - Post-clinic advice and support for ongoing improvement. What to Bring: - Swimsuit or trisuit, swim cap, goggles. - Bicycle (road or hybrid), helmet, and cycling shoes. - Running attire, running shoes, socks, running cap, and sunglasses. - Race belt, multisport watch. - Water bottle, anti-chafing cream, sunscreen, towel, toiletries, and a change of clothes.
