Service Description
Speed training is a crucial component of any well-rounded training program. Whether you’re a runner targeting a 5K or a triathlete preparing for an Ironman, speed work is essential for becoming a faster, stronger, and more efficient athlete. At our weekly Elevate Track Squad, we incorporate a variety of training modalities to build speed, endurance, and agility. Sessions include: 🔥 Running drills ⚡ Agility ladder drills 🏋️♂️ Resistance band running 🏃♂️ Interval training ⏳ Tempo runs ⛰️ Hill repeats 🚀 Speed sprints 🏃♀️ Fartlek training ⏱️ Time trials Session Focus: 📍 Tuesday Sessions: Tempo/Threshold intensity runs to enhance sustained pace and aerobic efficiency. 📍 Thursday Sessions: Interval/Repetition intensity runs to develop speed, VO2 max, and neuromuscular coordination. Package Details: 🎟️ $360 SGD for a 20-session pass ($18/session, valid for 24 weeks, non-shareable). 🎫 $200 SGD for a 10-session pass ($20/session, valid for 12 weeks, non-shareable). 🏃♂️ $25 SGD for a single drop-in session. What to Bring: 👕 Running attire ⌚ Running watch 🚰 Water bottle 🛁 Towel & toiletries Additional Information: ⏳ Arrive 10 minutes early, as sessions start promptly.
