Please read Elevate Junior's Terms and Conditions carefully before purchasing any package plan and booking any classes. By purchasing a package plan and subsequently booking a class, you are confirming that you have read the Terms and agree to be bound by them.

The Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time. All amendments will be effective upon posting of such updated Terms. Your continued access to or use of the website after such posting constitutes your consent to be bound by the Terms, as amended.

  1. Steps to Get Started

    • Upon confirmation of starting a term after the trial lesson, a service invoice will be sent via email.

  2. Definition of "Term"

    • A term consists of 12 classes, with a minimum of 1 class per week. The day and time of the class are to be fixed for the entire term (unless it is a make-up lesson).

  3. Trial Lesson

    • A one-off trial lesson is open to new customers keen to try out Elevate Junior's swim programme.

    • A $50 fee (per student) will be incurred for all trial lessons, regardless of class size and whether parent/guardian decides to sign up their child for a term package or not.

    • The duration of the trial lesson will be 30 minutes long for all 1-on-1 sessions and for all sessions with children 3 years old and under (ie Babies and Toddlers). For group trials with children 4 years old and above, the trial session will run for 45 minutes.

    • Once the parent/guardian confirms to sign up their child to Elevate Junior's programme, the subsequent lesson is considered first of the 12-class term package.

    • Upon a trial lesson, if the parent/guardian wants to continue with a term package of lessons after, they are advised to confirm their lesson timeslot and make payment within two weeks.

  4. Public Holidays

    • There will be no classes on public holidays.

  5. Cancellation/Replacement of Coach

    • No fees will be incurred if a cancellation is made by the coach due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • 1-on-1 students will be required to give 6 hrs. advance notice to cancel and reschedule a class. The class will be deemed as completed in the event of late notice.

    • The coach may arrange for a replacement coach to cover the class as much as possible to avoid a cancellation from happening.

  6. Make-up Classes

    • 1-on-1 Students are allowed up to 2 make-up classes for every term (12 classes).

    • Group class students are allowed up to 2 make-up classes only on medical grounds (eg. Feeling unwell, Stay Home Notice).

    • Make-up classes will be at the availability of the coach's schedule.
