Triathlon Training Camp (Twin Share)

Service Description

Elevate Performance Coaching invites you to attend our 3-day, 2-night triathlon training camp on the beautiful island of Bintan. On Friday afternoon, after settling into our rooms at Cassia Hotel, we will meet for our skills-centric open water swim along the beautiful shores of Cassia Hotel. On Saturday morning, we ride a combination of the IRONMAN 70.3 Bintan and Bintan Triathlon bike course with a choice of doing 85km to 120km. We will then transition from the bike to a 30-60mins brick run covering the undulating roads of Laguna Golf Bintan. In the late afternoon, the coaching team will cover specific event preparation, race day strategies, fueling and nutrition plans. You will also hear from some of our experienced IRONMAN athletes. Engage with our coaches in the evening while you enjoy your dinner meeting and chatting with fellow triathletes. On Sunday morning, we meet for our second open water distance swim with a choice of swimming 1500m to 4000m. After a quick rinse and some refuelling, we will transition to a long easy-paced run on a flat course ranging from 60 to 120 minutes. A well-earned shower, late lunch, and debrief finishes off this fantastic camp so we can return to Singapore late Sunday afternoon.
