This camp is ideal for triathletes looking to sharpen race skills, build endurance, and connect with a like-minded community in a tropical paradise. 🏝️ Camp Highlights Friday: Arrival & Skills Training Settle into Holiday Inn Resort Bintan Lagoi Beach. Open-water swim + triathlon transition workshop on the resort’s private beach. Evening briefing and team meet-up. Saturday: Ride & Run Focus Choose between 85 km or 140 km rides covering iconic Bintan routes. 30–60 min brick run over varied terrain. Optional massage to aid recovery. Team dinner with IRONMAN coaches & athlete insights. Sunday: Race Simulation Full triathlon simulation: Open-water swim (1,500–3,000m) Fast, flat 1.5 hr bike along Jl. Indra Segara Hilly 30–60 min run Shower, late lunch & debrief before heading home (3D2N option). Monday: Bonus (4D3N Only) Second endurance ride through scenic routes. Chill at the resort or cool down with a swim before departure.
