Service Description

Strength training for athletes is very different from programs used by bodybuilders, powerlifters, and the general public. Different training goals, or outcomes, are reached by using different combinations of exercises, sets, repetitions, rest periods, exercise order, weight, and progression plans. When done correctly, strength training makes muscles strong, and stronger muscles can perform longer at higher intensities before they fatigue. Featuring structured progression from session to session, exercise demonstration, progressive and regressive exercise recommendations, and spotting by our certified coaches.
