Why Swimming?

Because swimming is a life skill, however, the most important reason is that swimming is the only sport that can save the life of your child. Swimming is a lot of fun for people of all ages and children who love to get into the water and enjoy themselves. Yet swimming is not just fun, it also offers health benefits that can help keep your kids safe and happy at the same time. Swimming keeps the heart and lungs of your child healthy, improves strength and flexibility, increases stamina and even improves posture and balance.

Another great thing about swimming is that children of any age or ability can participate and it is more accessible than almost any other sport for children with additional needs. Swimming creates challenges and benefits that help children become self-confident and believe in their abilities. Your child will have plenty of opportunities for friendship and trust.

Health, fun, and confidence are not the only reasons why your child should learn to swim. It also opens the door to a number of other opportunities by learning to swim; sports like Kayaking, Canoeing, Diving, Surfing, Triathlon.
