SUE KAY

Sue is a Certified RYT 200 Yoga Instructor as well as a Certified Triathlon Coach. She offers a different spin to traditional yoga by sequencing poses and movements, catering specifically to enthusiasts in the field of sports; namely swimming, bicycling, running and multisport. She advocates adding mobility and flexibility work for injury prevention, balance and strength so that you can enjoy your beloved sport to the fullest.

She has converted countless athletes from yoga sceptics to both believers and practitioners of the craft. Through regular practice, these athletes find their nagging pains and aches alleviated and their sporting performance elevated. As a coach, this is her greatest joy and accomplishment.

Sue has conducted Sports Specific Yoga Sessions for Ironman Malaysia, RC Coaching and Malaysia’s National Cyclist - Josiah Ng.
